[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legal and attorney services for housing development and management; real property laws and codes, state public employer labor and employment law and federal subsidy programs to the government authority located in North Little Rock, AR.
- Provide general legal advice
- Provide eviction services
- Represent the agency in litigation
- Maintain knowledge of issues facing the agency and be prepared to offer legal opinions
- Prepare, review, consult, and approve contracts as needed
- Review and approve legislative documents for board of commissioner’s actions
- Participate and recommend appropriate purchasing actions as needed.
- Assist agency in federal and state grant process when requested.
- Work with other assigned agency counsel and attend work sessions and meetings with board and staff when requested.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 17, 2021.
