Vendor needs to provide defendant notification system to inform defendants of upcoming hearings to help improve the court appearance rates, thereby reducing the community and court costs associated with missed hearing.
- Allow authorized Court staff to register defendants and update defendant contact information.
- ability to create other notifications, such as court date and appointment reminders for Specialty
Courts.
- Must support user administration, secure reset of passwords
- solution architecture will be configured, where the proposed solution would be hosted, whether Pulaski County would maintain equipment, and any other relevant facts concerning the hosting environment
- Should contain online/offline self-help functions
- offer flexible service support options including telephone or e-mail support
- Must include custom end-user training
- consist of computer-based training or software that provides interactive, self-paced training at the desktop, workstation, or laptop computer level
- allow for opt-in and opt-out notifications, by type (general information, tailored to specific interest, etc) and/or organization.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
