[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate services will include but not be limited to the following types: Commercial, Residential, Appraisal, Acquisition and Negotiation Services, Building Construction Management, Brokerage, Housing and Urban Development (Federal Housing Grants),
- provide Appraisal Services to include property research, evaluation and cost estimates for the purpose of determining fair market value and just compensation,
- Review appraisals to assess compensation valuations performed by others,
- Provide Acquisition Services to include presentation of offers, negotiations for settlement and contracts to sell, etc. to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
(2) A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on December 18, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
