[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide special education hearing officers’ services to persons alleging a violation of the individuals with disabilities education act (idea) relating to the identification, evaluation or educational placement of a child with a disability, or the provision of a free appropriate education to the child to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Must hold a law degree and be licensed to practice law in the state or hold an advanced degree and have had paid professional experience in education, special education, educational administration, psychology or a related field
- Knowledge and ability to conduct hearings in accordance with standard legal practice
- Knowledge and ability to render and write decisions in accordance with appropriate, standard legal practice
- Demonstrate competencies in due process, special education law, effective writing and speaking, decision-making, and related areas, as evidenced through verified experience
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 1, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
