- The purchase of a completely new scheduling, routing, and reporting demand-response rural transit system software package
- The purchase of initial on-site training adequate to teach management and support staff as well as
customer Service personnel how to maximize the functionality of the selected software package
- Determine rider eligibility by payment source
- Make trip reservations
- Offer mapping
- Utilize geocoding
- Have automated scheduling and routing
- Be able to “Show recommendations now
- Be extremely user friendly for all staff including those with minimal electronic technical skills
- Prepare highly accurate, custom reports
- Coordinate routes and services
- Invoice third party payers
- Automate real time, interactive, and batch scheduling
- Manage a large vehicle fleet
- Manage a cadre of drivers
- Dispatch
