[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations public affairs services
- Public Engagement department comprises two full-time staff members that manage and
coordinate strategic planning, public relations, collateral and content development, public affairs, media buying, website and social media management, community outreach, and more
- The Consultant should have experience and be prepared to assist in disciplines to include but not limited to:
- Public Relations:
- Reviewing or issuing statements,
- Monitoring and Engaging with media,
- Managing and coordinating strategic planning,
- Creative Services related to the above items:
- Creative concepting, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, Film editing, Digital content development,
- Communications services related to the above items:
- Reporting, Writing and editing, Public relations, Media monitoring,
- Market Research and Analysis
- Media Buying
- Other Public Relations and/or Public Affairs Related Services.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
