Government Authority located in Little Rock, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for food services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide food services including both the patient food service program and the canteen food service program to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Contractor shall provide inpatient meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with beverages and one (1) snack seven (7) days a week for ASH patients, unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor,
- Vendor shall receive and strictly follow dietary orders upon patient admission and as needed during hospital stay via physician’s orders,
- Sack meals must be prepared and delivered to the Admissions Department for patients admitted after normal operating hours,
- All tabletops used for each meal must be cleaned with soap and water and all food particles or beverage spills must be swept up and cleaned after each meal for all units served,
- Contractor shall provide service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven (7) days a week, including inclement weather days and holidays,
- Contractor shall differentiate the meal expenses from the non-meal (retail, service) expenses,
- Contractor shall provide a minimum of four (4) annual wellness education “lunch and learn” sessions in person or via web-based or other ASH-approved platform to employees,
- Food preparation for the canteen may be done in the main kitchen area.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
