Government Authority located in Little Rock, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for airport security consultant services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide airport security consultant services for it special systems, access control and security system on-call services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
▪ Access Control:
- Evaluate if software house’s CCURE access control system is the best solution for the airport and develop a comparison with current state-of-the-art offerings
- Provide guidance to help determine the best solution for bio-metrics/entry access (facial recognition, palm recognition, keep the existing fingerprint biometrics, iris recognition, etc.)
- Determine the best solution and/or needs for dispatching and incident management
- Ensure all systems are utilizing the latest encryption and cyber-security standards
- Evaluate existing locking systems and provide options for wireless locking solutions such as biometric wireless locks, etc
- Determine the ability to test user security badges in the field
- Integration of access control, cctv, fire alarm, telephone, radio’s and any other systems that can enhance the response of fire, security, and safety personnel
▪ CCTV:
- Evaluate if Verint/Nextiva software is the best solution for the airport and develop a comparison with current state-of-the-art offerings
- Determine if video analytics would augment and/or assist daily activities at the airport
- Provide recommendations for upgrading cctv cameras and inform staff of new camera features, functions and built-in analytics
- Upgrade storage and software
- Determine new technologies and mobile solutions and present options for incorporating enhanced features in future phases at minimal cost
▪ Radio system
- Evaluate and research all forms of communications the airport is utilizing from telephone, cellular, radio, etc.
- Provide a consolidated guide for airport communications and enhancement of available systems
▪ Fire alarm system:
- Determine if a better system is available for integrating with cctv & fire alarm, or what strategy may position the airport for future integration
- Evaluate the latest technologies for fire alarm, and develop a comparison between the existing system and current state-of-the-art offerings
▪ Cyber security:
- Evaluate all forms of cyber security the airport currently uses
- Develop a “threat assessment” of potential weaknesses or flaws within the existing program and systems
- Prepare recommendations for improvement to cyber security systems with recommended priority for implementation and estimated cost for each improvement and their options
- Provide a consolidated plan and standard for development of improvements to airport cyber security.
(2) A pre-response meeting will be held on November 4, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
