[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pre-employment accident drug and alcohol screening services for applicants for Police Officer, Firefighter, and other physically demanding positions a contingent offer of employment to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Applicants for designated positions (i.e. non-physically demanding positions) will require only drug and/or alcohol screening when legally applicable.
- obtain medical and related information necessary to promote health and safety on the job
- Medical specialty areas represented by your facility including detailed listing of staff licenses
and certifications.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
