[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transit operations training and consulting services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Arkansas.
- Assess Rock Region METRO’s current training strategy and plans
- Work with staff to review METRO’s Fixed Route, Links, and Connect training programs
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of the current program
- Complete a report of findings for submission to staff
- Design a new training strategy and program
- Take input from the assessment to design a new training plan for METRO Fixed Route, Links, and Connect
- Should include key roles for current and future staff and operators
- Include refresher training (on-going and after-accident)
- The new program should include and highlight key differences between METRO’s current program versus the proposed new program
- Design a new annual operator recertification program
- Implement and provide on-site Train-the-Trainer services
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2020
