[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Esri water outage solution supporting an interface to Cayenta Utilities Customer Information and Billing System
- The scope of services in the solicitation is for a vendor to implement and support the Esri Water Outage Solution along with enhancements that support an integration with Cayenta Utilities Customer Information and Billing System (CIS). The vendor shall provide all source code to CAW at the end of the project along with functional design documentation, user guide, and an administration guide. The source code shall contain detailed comments per code section
- The vendor shall support three instances during the application life-cycle: Test, Train, and Production,
- Analysis and Design:
- Participate in meetings to analyze, define, and document requirements, and design the interface with ArcGIS Enterprise and/or ArcGIS Online to support the Esri Water Outage Solution and interface with Cayenta Utilities CIS,
- Application Development:
- Internal facing application: Capable of consuming a web map of CAW GIS Services used to support the application. CAW will be responsible for developing the GIS services, supporting GIS data, and supported GIS services to support the application and integration functionality,
- Identify customer locations and meters, system valves, fire hydrants that are affected by planned and unplanned water main shutdowns,
- Automatically generate a polygon representation of the total area affected by the outage,
- External facing application: Show outage polygons color-coded with planned versus unplanned outages, Web map shall have a pop up for each outage polygon that displays a user-defined list of attributes,
- Installation, Testing, Troubleshooting, Documentation, and Support:
- The vendor shall be capable of performing all installation, testing, training, troubleshooting, and support remotely using Microsoft Teams or another screen sharing and conference call application supplied by the vendor,
- The vendor shall develop and deliver functional design documentation,
- The vendor shall develop and deliver a user guide,
- The vendor shall develop and deliver an administration guide.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
