Government Authority located in Little Rock, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for medical detoxification and court ordered residential treatment services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical detoxification and court ordered residential treatment services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Accreditation must include all appropriate substance abuse treatment service areas provided by the vendor and include all sites providing substance abuse treatment services,
- This will include national accreditation reporting requirements, including without limitation: Annual Conformance to Quality Reports, Maintenance of Accreditation; or, Intra-Cycle Monitoring Profiles (if applicable based on accreditation type),
- report any adverse actions taken by national accrediting bodies, changes in accreditation status, or adverse actions taken by any other agency deemed to have regulatory oversight,
- Vendor shall provide Medical Detoxification services, defined as twenty-four (24)-hour medically supervised care in a hospital setting or medical model facility,
- Service shall be provided under the supervision and guidance of a licensed physician or designee with prescribing privileges,
- Vendor shall provide Court-Ordered Residential Treatment (CORT) services, defined as court-ordered care provided to a substance abuse client who does not meet criteria for admission to medical detoxification or observation detoxification, but who has need of more intensive care in the therapeutic setting with supportive living arrangements,
- Vendor shall conduct a clinical screening/assessment on all adult individuals (age eighteen years and older) for the presence of co-occurring substance abuse-related disorders and recommend the appropriate program and level of service on all clients,
- Vendor shall submit client information through the Alcohol and Drug Management Information System.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
