[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide initial outfitting advisory and assistance services includes support as subject matter expert and technical advisor for the programmatic and project specific execution of facility transformation and clinical integration initiatives to the government authority located Pearl Little Rock, AR.
- Providing programmatic and project specific support for initial outfitting, transition, and all associated transition support services.
- Providing assistance with oversight of transitioning of new and reuse furniture, furnishings, medical equipment (FFE), low-voltage systems (LVS), storage, and resource protection into newly constructed/renovated/temporary military MTF spaces.
- Assisting in coordinating the transition of personnel and organizations to/from newly constructed or renovated military MTFs and associated facilities.
- Assisting in ensuring all necessary coordination and management needed to transition to a new/renovated facility are completed in a timely manner
- Conducting quality standardization reviews at the programmatic level that exercises judgment and initiative in providing others information and prescriptive actions to constructively influence program and technical management decisions and meet user requirements.
- Providing programmatic support for enhancing processes associated with phases of initial outfitting, planning, design, and transition.
- Ensuring contractor has a comprehensive working knowledge of operating protocols and shall provide program and project management support.
- Assisting with preparation and conducting of briefings and meetings relative to program, execution, and project management.
- This bid is Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15).
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2020.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
