[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting software upgrade
- To migrate to the cloud‐based version of Dynamics 365 Business Central from our current server‐based version of Dynamics GP 2015 version 14.00.0661. The transition should include installation and configuration of Dynamics 365, transition of legacy data from Dynamics GP, training of users, integration of existing legacy software, and review of current business processes to ensure maximum utilization of the software,
- Configuration, Setup, Installation and Migration:
- Setup 5 different companies in Dynamics 365 and configure appropriate intercompany relationships,
- Work with LRCVB IT staff to establish and create appropriate security settings for Dynamics 365,
- Setup appropriate security rights for each user,
- Setup an integration software to best integrate data from legacy software into Dynamics 365. research shows SmartConnect should be a viable option, but we are also open to other options,
- Setup and design needed templatesforsuch branded items asinvoices(electronic & paper),
- Work with LRCVB IT staff to integrate Dynamics 365 with our existing Microsoft 365 products,
- Migrate legacy data from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Dynamics 365,
- It would be desired for thisreview to encompass, but not limited to the below list:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipts and Treasury, Banking, Fixed Assets, Monthly Financials, Budgeting, Sales & Use Taxes.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
