Vendor needs to provide information technology services to the government authority located in Benton, AR.
- Maintain excellent communication with leadership on all tasks and projects
- Track Helpdesk work orders and requests and ensures timely and quality resolutions with IT team members and system users by coordinating and handling Helpdesk calls, tickets and e-mails about IT issues
- Coordinate schedules, projects, and programs; provide constructive feedback; reviews and evaluates work and makes effective suggestions and recommendations
- Present bi-monthly updates of ongoing projects and installation of system are required, or more frequent if requested

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
