(1) Vendor needs to provide Insurance Services to perform a market survey of service capabilities and cost completeness of benefits administration and enrollment technology, assessment will include a review of technology, enrollment services, reporting capabilities and bottom line costs to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Enrollment and benefits technology platform to include: Employee “self-service” online enrollment capabilities with decision support, Online communications and document distribution, Call center enrollment support for employees who cannot enroll online for both the annual enrollment and ongoing, perpetual enrollment purposes, Full reporting of all employee demographic, eligibility information and transaction history.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 14, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
