[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide safety compliance consulting services to full implementation of SMS (safety management systems) requirements based on existing and future SMS assessments, programs and plans to the government authority located in Arkansas.
- Tasks will be authorized on the basis of individual task orders that will include project description, scope of work, estimated task hours, cost and schedule.
- Safety management system (SMS) compliance
- Internal safety and security management audit program
- Hazard management programs
- System safety and security engineering support for capital projects
- Fire and life safety support
- Emergency preparedness and management support
- Environmental health and safety (EHS) engineering and management support
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2020.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
