Vendor needs to provide comprehensive strategic plan services for pursuing outside grants that align in the areas of economic development, housing, infrastructure and programming for youth,
- Timeline should include when applications will likely be made available, application timeframe, award dates, and at what point any additional measures should be pursued,
- Provide strategies and approaches that other municipalities have employed successfully,
- Provide a projected timeline for completing the strategic plan and the process that will be utilized to produce the plan and
- Provide a general outline of a final strategic plan, etc.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
