[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide contact tracing management system provide management and oversight of a comprehensive epidemiological Contact Tracing program immediately upon finalization of the resulting contract and have a full contingent of Contact Tracing personnel commensurate,
- provide management and oversight of a comprehensive epidemiological Contact Tracing program for include, without limitation:
- Management of a call center,
- Contacting patients and suspected patients via telephone,
- Performing patient and suspected patient interviews,
- Providing education health/medical information and guidance to patient and suspected patients,
- Making home visits when telephone contacts are not successful or feasible,
- Providing contact tracing personnel, which may be Remote Workers,
- Providing QA data specific to the Contact Tracing workload, etc.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
