Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for COVID-19 contact tracing management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide state-wide COVID-19 contact tracing management system to include management of a call center, using remote workers who will make contact with patients and suspected patients via unsolicited phone calls, perform interviews and provide educational health and medical information and guidance and in some cases social assistance coordination.
- The data system of record for the contact trace data is the SARA ALERT system which includes demographic and exposure data elements.
- The successful vendor(s) will have the ability to locate missing or incorrect phone numbers and addresses, make referrals for social services and testing and treatment and ensure the contact tracing calls are complete including the provision of printed reference information.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2020.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
