[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide general legal counsel services to the utility to review, prepare, and advise on resolutions, minutes, and other official documents as requested, review, prepare, and advise on draft contracts and agreements, as requested, advise as to caw’s duties, obligations and responsibilities under appropriate law and help develop strategies for dealing with such matters, advise and assist with all legal issues related to the acquisition, disposal, transfer, and management of real estate and property, advise on legal issues related to developing and implementing customer rates and charges, represent the utility in a variety of legal proceedings, advise on legal issues related to compliance with the American with disabilities act, represent the utility on legislative matters (at both the local and state level) which directly or indirectly impact the utility, including assisting with the development of answers to legal and legislative challenges facing the utility, make arrangements and prepare and/or review resolutions, orders, agreements, contracts, and other documents related to bond issues to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
