Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for translator and interpreter services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide translator and interpreter services to serve all county departments and offices.
- Court Certified interpreters shall provide services either in person or through an electronic interpreter service, on an on-call availability and/or a scheduled basis, services shall include information regarding all languages available for assistance and the price breakdown for each language, including price per block of time, “on-call” status, and any additional ancillary services potentially provided, Interpretation services shall be needed primarily during County office hours (Monday through Friday), but services must be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week, three-hundred and sixty-five (365) days per year for special cases.
- Translators shall provide various written tasks including but not limited to translating policies, manuals, informational sheets, media materials, website information, letters, legal notifications, and other documents on an ongoing basis in an electronic format, English to Spanish translation capabilities but prefers an entity with access to additional languages, translation services shall include information regarding the rates per language, per page or word, and any additional ancillary services potentially provided, including but not limited to, other written materials offered by the bidder in addition to each department’s requested materials.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 13, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
