[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide supported employment integrated employment services for these individuals in the second and fourth quarters after completion of the successful bidder’s on-the-job training, and beyond to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Programming to be supplied by the vendor should encompass two phases: on-the-job training (up to three months of recruitment and referral, and nine months of training); and follow-along (24 months of post-employment services, to ensure employment in the second and fourth quarters after completing on-the-job training).
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 21, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to ca.ry work in their office location
