[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide salary comparable study services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- The study must include a review and update of all current job descriptions for metropolitan housing alliance positions, the job descriptions shall serve as the basis for establishing the new salary plan, the study must consider salaries, fringe benefits, postretirement health benefits, and the like. at a minimum, the final report must include review and modify as needed the current job descriptions for all metropolitan housing alliance positions, conduct a comprehensive salary comparability study for all managerial, administrative and maintenance positions, develop new job descriptions for CAHC.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 26, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
