[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide risk insurance consulting and brokerage services include conduct market search of all university system insurance coverage and negotiate with underwriters on the university’s behalf to achieve best pricing and coverage, research and recommend appropriate insurance pricing arrangements based on market conditions, timely advice to the university on appropriate loss control measures needed to secure appropriate level of risk, timely inform and advise university of system office as needed on current trends and future concerns regarding all risk management and related insurance issues, review and process all insurance claims and coordinate all necessary activity between the insurance carrier, appropriate campus, and system office for claims payment and resolution, provide recordkeeping and reporting services on all additions, changes, and deletions to appropriate insurance schedules, provide timely and accurate billing and reconciliation of all services charged, conduct quarterly and annual meetings (and more frequently if required by the university or changing conditions) with the system office addressing market changes, plans performance, anticipated renewals or bids, recommended plan design changes and related coverage and performance issues to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
