Vendor needs to provide financial and municipal advisory services for debt financing consultation to the government authority located in Bentonville, AR.
- Advisor shall provide services which may include, but are not limited to, the following provide as-needed financial advice regarding market conditions and trends, debt financing credit, and special facility financing, prepare analyses and evaluations of potential debt refinancing and new money issues, participate in the evaluation and selection of potential underwriters and fee structure on
any new financing, assist in the rating agency presentations and preparation of financial documents, prepare an analysis of the overall debt capacity of XNA in order to facilitate the prioritization of future projects, provide structuring, market data, trading activity and pricing assistance on new bond
issues.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
