[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide banking services should include full service on all accounts, check forms and deposit slips on all accounts, which are in a format agreeable to the district, and which are compatible with the district's check printing software, month-end statements on all accounts, investment counsel, prompt execution of district investment orders, and safekeeping service, pledged federal and state securities of the bank's choice, over and above the insurance to cover large investments, electronic check reconciliation files compatible with the district's bookkeeping software, processing and administration of electronic direct deposit payrolls and related payments, safe deposit box, vault storage facilities, at district request, automatic electronic drafts, wires, or other ACH transactions to or from state or federal agencies, stop payment services, maintenance of treasury bill and money market records, immediate check credit or clearance, designation of a bank representative(s) who may be contacted concerning activity in the district's accounts, provision of loans or other services as needed by the district, online access to listed bank services and reports pertinent to the district, corporate charge/purchasing cards at no fee, other than interest charges or late payment fees — preference will be given to banks offering cash rebates at the highest percentage to the government authority located in Mountain Home, AR.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
