- Comprehensive recruitment plan that addresses the specific steps to be taken in the recruitment
process and methods of indirect and direct outreach to reach qualified candidates and the plan to
attract a diverse applicant pool,
- The length of time associated with each step,
- The names and contact information for individuals responsible for each step,
- Sourcing a diverse group of qualified candidates,
- Maintaining consistent communications with regarding status of recruitment process,
- Notifying candidates who have been eliminated from further consideration.
