[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide business card, letterhead and envelope printing via a portal service to the government authority located in Russellville, AR.
• Provide an estimated fee for printing the following items. Please include all mail service charges as needed, but there is no need to include postage.
- 25 quantity - 4 color business card 80 lb cover stock
- 100 quantity - 4 color business card 80 lb cover stock
- Cost to add soft touch aqueous to an order of 100 business cards (only the additional cost is needed)
- Cost to upgrade the paper from 80 to 100 cover paper (only the additional cost is needed)
- 250 quantity - letterhead 60 lb text
- 500 quantity - letterhead 60 lb text
- Cost to add embossing to 250 quantity of letterhead (only the additional cost is needed)
- 250 quantity - number 10 envelope
- 500 quantity - number 10 envelope
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 24, 2020
