[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide independent certified public accountants to submit proposals to perform an independent financial and compliance audit of agency to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- The vendor who submits an accepted proposal (hereinafter known as “the Auditor” shall audit the financial statements and related accounting system in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America; the standards for financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States and the provisions of OMB Uniform Guidance, Audits of States, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations. As part of the audit report, the following basic financial statements shall be included: Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Activities, Statement of Cash Flows, and Statement of Functional Expenses. The Statement of Functional Expenses can be issued as a schedule instead of a basic statement.
- The auditor shall report other weaknesses in internal control not meeting the definition of a significant deficiency in a separate letter to management referred to in the report on internal control.
