Government Authority located in Palmer, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for executive search firm for superintendent search.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm for superintendent search to the government authority located in Palmer, AK.
- Provide a recommendation for the search and selection process and work with the School Board to implement the agreed upon process steps,
- Proposer shall interview and/or survey stakeholders (administrators, staff, students, parents and community members); facilitate or structure a public forum; understand the strategic plan; and prepare summaries from the above surveys and interviews for the School Board’s review,
- In collaboration with the School Board, proposer shall develop a superintendent profile and position description in alignment with aforementioned information.,
- Proposer shall strive to maximize the number of quality applicants by recruiting individuals who have a high probability of success in meeting the requirements of the job and the culture of the position,
- Proposer shall be responsible for screening applicants for the desired characteristics and qualities identified by the School Board prior to presenting them to the Board,
- Proposer shall conduct background checks on potential candidates in accordance with applicable laws to include, but not be limited to, thorough professional reference checks, criminal history, and credit checks,
- Proposer shall assist in setting up interviews with candidates and providing follow-up,
- Proposer shall provide technical, administrative and logistical support for the interview
process, site visits, and final contract negotiations,
- Proposer shall consult with the School Board as needed throughout the selection process,
- Proposer shall demonstrate an understanding of state law regarding the hire and responsibilities of Superintendents,
- Proposer shall develop, in consultation with the School Board, a timetable for completing the search.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
