[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Financials upgrading and hosting; and PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Hosting services.
- Users of the application estimated at up to 500 concurrent users
- host PeopleSoft applications on vendor owned servers, accessible to NPC via web browser.
- hosting, application management, consulting, and application and database maintenance.
- ability to retrofit NPC customizations.
- Ticket Response and Resolution Time
- Additional included-in-price applications, software, etc. (e.g. Elasticsearch, People Tools, etc.)
- Reimbursement and/or credits for failure to perform
- Maintain all pertinent financial and accounting records and evidence pertaining.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
