[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide international legal services from an outside legal firm to the government authority located in Jonesboro, AR.
- Attorney/firm may reserve the right to designate which attorney or another employee will
perform specific services related to the representation, perform all other requested legal services necessary and appropriate to the university’s acquisition, management, development, conveyance or ownership of patent interests, circumstances warrant, meet with university representatives to gather information necessary to pursue patent prosecution and protection both in the united states and internationally and attorney/firm shall not include in its fees reimbursement for items such as attendance at continuing legal education seminars, special publications, and word processing or staff
overtime, unless the overtime was a direct result of a late request by the university.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
