[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital media services for desiring to partner with a company possessing an infrastructure capable of providing three full-time on-campus staffing positions and additional support to carry out the initiatives in the areas of broadcast engineering, technical, production video, creative media, live content, media relations, marketing, virtual engineering and technical
services directly associated with, but not limited to, institutional ESPN, facility video boards,
marketing and multimedia operations.
- diverse expertise in media content creation, TV productions, sales, marketing, media relations, distribution, education and other technical areas qualifying it to accommodate the Athletics Department’s staffing, centralized control room, broad-ranging support, training and revenue-generating requirements
- Coordinate and produce all ESPN+ broadcasts.
- Oversee all broadcast related projects including facility and mobile upgrades
- Manage staff of broadcasting students and scheduling of engineers
- Provide media outlets and Sun Belt Conference with video highlights/sound.
- Assist with video production, including intro videos, athletics and special events, and more
- Manage athletics video services staff. - Additional media relations duties as assigned
- Design video and graphics for use on social media, the athletics website, advertising and more.
- Assist with video production including intro videos, athletic and special events, and more.
- Additional marketing/promotional duties as assigned.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
