[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide spend management solution to implement an all-encompassing spend management solution,
- Access to approved vendor lists or the ability to request new vendors be added,
- Ability to upload budgets for general ledger codes or grant/capital line items,
- Ability to push invoice batches to sage for final approval before manually processing check
batches in sage,
- Ability for transparency in both Sage and the selected solution to see the following: Vendor, Invoice Date, Invoice Number, Check Date, Check Number, PO Date, PO Number, GL Code/Grant Activity Line Items, Amount.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
