[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology consulting services to create a production ready interface between the university banner system and third-party software systems to the government authority located in Jonesboro, AR.
- Deployment services must include match and upload the data source into a test instance of university target database as outlined in the detailed integration requirements discussed during the project readiness phase, train end-users in testing, running, and monitoring the solution, provide fixes for issues and any minor changes identified during client testing phase, provide “cut over” support from test to production systems, resolve any unforeseen issues that arise within the first five days post-go-live, transfer all of the necessary end user interface skills to run the solution to university personnel.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 25, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
