[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources consultant services to the government authority located in Fort Smith, AR.
- analyse the current human resources staffing, processes, and budgeting, then advise and serve as the District’s human resources consultant, final services could include a spectrum of services customarily provided by a human resources consultant,
- Initial review of human resources staffing, processes, and budget,
- Assistance with development of an overall plan for staffing, processes, and budget, related to the upcoming sixth and ninth grade reconfiguration,
- Developing strategies for communication of plans and processes,
- Assistance and expertise with forms and deadlines and timelines,
- Other Human Resources Consulting, as needed.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 22, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
