[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisor and broker services to significant, high level investment banking and financial advisor experience to serve as the Utilities’ investment broker-dealer including professional, highly qualified guidance and advice to the Utility as to the most prudent investment of funds to the government authority located in Arkansas.
• Obtain price execution for investments (purchases and sales) that will maximize portfolio returns in a manner consistent with investment policy objectives.
• Assist the Utilities with an investment strategy that retains liquidity while resulting in the highest returns possible.
• Provide the Utilities with access to reporting tools that present the status of the Utilities’ funds on a real-time basis.
• Regularly review with the Utilities an analysis of the current investments, market trends, and expectations in the market, in order to make recommendations on a fluid basis.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
