[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and enrolment management system and services.
- Build a pipeline of parent inquiries and increase parent engagement in the recruitment process
- Increase the number of right-fit resident and non-resident enrolling students
- Provide a historical analysis of previous applicant pools of freshman students, to determine changes in patterns by several factors, including financial need, academic performance, state residence, college, and for admitted, non-enrolling students the college of enrolment
- Develop and execute multi-channel print, email and digital marketing campaigns to targeted sophomores and juniors
- Develop and execute multi-channel print, email and digital marketing campaigns to targeted seniors to maximize application generation activity
- Provide evidence that your campaigns are successful at substantially increasing application submissions at institutions similar
- Students will apply via the common application or the university institutional application on our website
- Provide information as how you follow up with student and parent inquires and how you help push student to complete application
- All communications and online landing pages must be device-optimized and responsive in design, provide evidence of such
- Provide at least three samples of marketing materials produced and used in the execution of inquiry and application generation campaigns at other higher education institutions
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 24, 2019.

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
