[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide group employee benefit services self-insured TPA services to cover the needs of its staff and primary care association members.
- benefits are to include but not limited to medical, dental, life, and vision
- association members eligible for Medical coverage
- access to a Network of physicians, facilities and other health care professionals, including specialists, without designating a Primary Physician or obtaining a referral
- Benefits are available for office visits and hospital care, as well as inpatient and outpatient surgery
- coverage for employees, spouses of employees, employees and their children, and family coverage based on employee selection/ designation.
(2) A conference call will be held on October 11, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
