[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising agency services
- Guide strategic development for Commission communications and strategy,
- Strengthen the brand,
- Produce creative messages which resonate with the target audiences,
- Consult and help place an aggressive and comprehensive media plan,
- Provide support on social media, influencer, public relations and external communications,
- Consult and help develop strong digital media and digital outreach tools, and
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the overall efforts,
- Provide professional consultation and expertise to assist AGFC staff with
communications in marketing and outreach efforts across the various disciplines, including, but not limited, to the following:
- Inbound marketing, brand development, conceptual creative development, scalable video production and post-production, media planning and buying, marketing research, sales promotion, mobile advertising, online advertising, media selection, influencer marketing, advertising planning, metrics and monitoring, public relations consultation, inbound marketing planning and development, print production.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 11, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
