[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional computer programming instructors support services for expertise teaching software development, data analysis and cyber security to adult students with a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds to the government authority located in Conway, AR.
- The programming courses are intended to be full stack, teaching students to develop a functioning application in a relevant industry stack that will broadly appeal to local employers
- Vendor will instruct students in beginning object-oriented programming using Java in a windows environment
- By the end of the course, students should be able to write a demonstrable web application that includes interfacing with a relational database using structured query language
- The vendor should cover foundational topics and tools necessary for the graduating students to be competitive for entry-level developer jobs
- At a minimum, the course should cover basic java syntax, hypertext transport mark-up language, cascading style sheets, and structured query language, basic application programming interface use.
(2) All question had been submitted on September 23, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
