[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive annual financial report services via a compatible software platform to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Import (e.g. interfaces, extracts) and map (simple/multiple/level) raw data, in various formats, from the City’s current financial accounting software, MS EXCEL, MS WORD, and other data bases into the software solution,
- Produce financial statements on the modified accrual and accrual basis of accounting; including the conversion from the modified accrual basis to the accrual basis, and government-wide statements and reconciliations in accordance with guidance,
- Produce financial statements that auto-calculate, link, foot and cross foot,
- Provide for multiple users to access the software solution simultaneously without overriding or conflicting versions,
- Systematically handle data rounding to ensure balanced statements,
- Allow customizable, secure access by user, including workflow,
- Include the ability to attach and save work papers within the software,
- Provide for a complete audit trail (distinguishing source systems and transactions),
- Provide updates for the software to accommodate new reporting requirements, including changes in the generally accepted accounting principles, governmental accounting standards, and government finance officer association requirements, whenever such changes occur,
- Provide maintenance, end-user and technical support for all components of the system year-round, etc.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
