[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide criminal justice system assessment study services to better understand the nature and dynamic of the offender
population, its propensity to grow and change in the future, and how they affect the planning elements within the criminal justice system,
- Create a profile of the inmate population describing criminal, adjudication, behavioral, social and demographic characteristics of the group, some of the data characteristics to be collected for analysis include, but are not limited to:
- Demographic (age, race, sex),
- Offense (felonies, misdemeanours),
- Prior Arrests & Convictions,
- Residence and ties to the community,
- Release Modes & Mechanisms,
- Employment Status,
- Adjudication Status,
- Custody Security Level,
- Use of Bail/Bond,
- Use an independent classification system based on national standards and the National Institute of Corrections’ model to re-classify the profile sample to test the County’s classification system in terms of its usefulness for long-term corrections planning as well as for its impact on the jail population, it is expected that the classification system will point to possible areas of delay in the post arrest processing system to the government authority located in Fayetteville, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
