[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outside counsel services on an as-needed, case-by-case or matter-by-matter basis to the government authority located Hot Springs National Park, AR.
- Legal services including, but not limited to: arbitration, negotiation, and litigation of existing and future contracts, as well as legal interpretations of contracts and documents, attorney or law firm shall perform all necessary legal services, including but not limited to investigation, legal research, and preparation of legal memoranda, pleadings and briefs and making appearances before administrative tribunals, mediators, arbitrators and courts.
(2) All question had been submitted no later than October 1, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
