permittees and streamline the tax workflow for staff.
- Online portal for permittees, the proposed solution must provide tax permittees with updated,
automatically calculated amounts due based on the parameters entered including permit number, filing date, payment date and gross receipts,
- Complete forms for other various requests including but not limited to request for relief from interest, request for relief from penalty, and request for instalment payments,
- Allow permittees to manage all payment aspects including,
- Current amounts of tax due, past due tax amounts, penalties, interest, fines, fees, instalment payments, allow for easy review of all tax filings on a daily basis,
- Ability to view daily updated balances for permittees including detail such as estimated amounts due based on delinquency status, tax, penalty, interest, and fines due, as well as audit and instalments payments due and credits and discounts allowed,
- Ability to waive penalty, interest, and fines due when applicable while maintaining the history and relevant notes,
- Ability to establish and manage payment plans for applicable permittees,
- Allow for review and approval/denial of various other requests including, but not limited to request for relief from interest, request for relief from penalty, and request for instalment payments, etc.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than September 30, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
