[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tax collection software for the purchase and implementation of a tax collection software includes permitting, filing returning, remittance, collections, and storage of relevant documents.
- Online Portal for Permittees
o Allow Permittees to complete any needed form or document through a secure browser
- Complete permit applications
- File monthly tax returns through the portal including situations where $0 in gross receipts needs to be reported
- The proposed solution must provide tax permittees with updated,automatically calculated amounts due based on the parameters entered including permit number, filing date, payment date, and
gross receipts. Required up to date computations may include the following depending on the permittees specific circumstances: penalties, interest, fines, account credits, applicable discount, and amount of tax due based on the amount of gross receipts entered by the tax permittee.
- Allow permittees to see and apply any credits on their account against current amounts due.
- Integration with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
- Tax System
- Allow for easy review of all tax filings on a daily basis
- Ability to view daily updated balances for permittees including detail such as estimated amounts due based on delinquency status, tax, penalty, interest, and fines due, as well as audit and installments payments due and credits and discounts allowed.
- Ability to waive penalty, interest, and fines due when applicable while maintaining the history and relevant notes.
- Ability to establish and manage payment plans for applicable permittees
- Allow for review and approval/denial of permit applications including issuance of permits and permit numbers.
- Securely store documents related to a particular permittee in the system for easy reference when reviewing their account.
- Ability to close or otherwise inactivate accounts for closed permittees
- Ability to designate and track permittees by groups and sub‐groups.
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
