[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated case management services case manager training for registered nurses to take place at central state veterans’ healthcare system and the gulf coast veterans’ health care system.
- Provide continuing education credits and a didactic curriculum that supports and prepares an individual to take the national certification examination, with a focus on role development of the registered nurse case manager across all healthcare settings
- Provide an accredited trained representative for on-site delivery of training covering RN case manager roles and responsibilities in conjunction with online resources and continual technical and guidance support available after completion of the on-site training
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
