Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for enrollment management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enrollment management system review the three components of an Enrollment Marketing engagement necessary to produce positive enrollment outcomes: inquiry generation, application generation, and yield optimization.
- Develop and execute multi-channel (print, email and digital) marketing campaigns to targeted sophomores and juniors.
- Develop and execute multi-channel (print, email and digital) marketing campaigns to targeted seniors to maximize application generation activity. Provide evidence that your campaigns are successful at substantially increasing application submissions at institutions similar to state university. Students will apply via the common application and/or the university institutional application on our website.
- Provide evidence that your organization’s marketing programs attract students who are more likely to enroll, persist, and graduate from state university.
- Develop and execute a multi-channel communications strategy to admitted students with the aim of soliciting information regarding their enrollment intentions. Information gathered should be promptly returned to the university to inform follow-up with admitted students throughout yield season.
- Please confirm the average admitted student response rate across all clients utilizing your yield optimization program.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess likelihood to enroll across state university admitted student pool.
- If applicable, describe your approach to yield scoring within the context of your yield optimization program.
- Analyze and inform methods and strategies for effective optimization of need-based and merit-based scholarship funds to support enrollment and fiscal goals.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 23, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
