[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cost analysis and strategic procurement specialist service.
A. The Contractor shall perform a comprehensive cost review of the State’s contract portfolio to do a
benchmarking assessment of the State’s contract spend.
B. After the Contractor has performed its benchmarking assessment, Contractor shall provide TSS with a benchmark report.
C. The Contractor shall perform market research and market analysis to identify opportunities for savings through strategic procurement.
D. The Contractor shall review current procurement business processes of the State pertaining to procurement and make actionable recommendations for savings through any combination of direct cost reductions, indirect cost reductions, and operational efficiencies that result in demonstrable savings or cost avoidance.
E. The Contractor shall review the State’s current strategic planning process and make recommendations for improvement.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 16, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
